The IN Group appoints new CTO
Global talent solutions provider The IN Group has appointed Christiaan Cumine as chief technology officer to drive innovation in tech recruitment.
Christiaan, formerly chief product officer at Hays, brings extensive experience in technology strategy and product development.
In his new role, he will focus on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance The IN Group’s services while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
Christiaan said: “The ambition and talent within The IN Group immediately caught my attention during the interview process and I am thrilled to join the organisation at such an exciting time.
“Implementing a change mindset alongside a clearly defined process to capture ideas and processes effectively will ensure we are at the forefront of innovation and importantly execution.

His appointment comes as The IN Group continues its rapid expansion, growing from 165 to 465 employees and expanding to 16 offices worldwide in just seven years.
Christiaan will play a key role in advancing the company’s technology infrastructure to support its continued growth.
