Logic-i expands offering with new division
A project management consultancy has expanded with the launch of a new division.
Logic-i Group has added Complete-i.
Bosses say the move will bring critical commissioning in-house, which will “ensure seamless project execution and prevent costly delays”.
Led by newly-appointed director Paul Mottram, they add the division enables the firm to manage projects from initiation to handover without relying on external contractors.
The move follows the launch of Recruit-i, Logic-i’s recruitment arm, and supports its ambitious growth plans, with officials saying the consultant has a goal to double turnover from £3 million to £6 million.
Paul, who has almost 40 years’ experience in operations and commissioning across multiple sectors, including power, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals, said: “The commissioning phase is one of the most crucial components of any project, and our aim is to deliver this with precision, safety and efficiency.
“The addition of Complete-i to the structure allows it to provide a full lifecycle service to clients, enhancing integration and ensuring quality at every stage.
“Our vision is to grow the team organically and engage with clients both in the UK and globally, offering a level of service that sets us apart."
Stephen Priestley, director at Yarm-based Logic-i Group, added: “The launch of Complete-i represents an exciting milestone, enhancing its ability to deliver end-to-end project management solutions.
“It not only underlines our commitment to excellence but enables us to offer tailored services that align with clients’ needs.
“By integrating these specialised capabilities, we are equipped to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of complex and large-scale projects.
“This not only strengthens our existing client partnerships but enhances our ability to attract new clients.”
