Altilium appoints new board advisor
Clean technology company Altilium has appointed automotive industry expert Tony Harper as board advisor for partnerships and advocacy.
Tony, formerly director of the Faraday Battery Challenge, brings over 38 years of experience in automotive engineering and research, including senior roles at Jaguar Land Rover.
His expertise will support Altilium’s expansion in EV battery recycling, fostering industry partnerships and influencing policy for a more sustainable transport future.
Tony said: “This is an exciting time to be joining Altilium.
“Their mission to build a circular economy for EV batteries, securing resilience, prosperity and growth as we drive toward a more sustainable future, is absolutely critical.
“It is vital that we scale and secure this capability in the UK. Atilium have the right technology, the right team and I look forward to doing whatever I can to help them deliver.”
Tony’s appointment follows significant growth for Altilium, which has secured investments from Marubeni Corporation and SQM Lithium Ventures.
