Zenko Properties gears up for Leeds expansion
A Leeds-based residential agency is aiming to expand its city centre rental portfolio and boost property sales.
Zenko Properties, which works across sales, lettings and property management, saw a 20 per cent increase in managed rentals and a ten per cent rise in sales activity in 2024.
The firm now plans to increase turnover by 25 per cent this year while doubling its number of managed apartments, with bosses saying they are planning to “grow our managed portfolio to 1000 properties over the next three to five years”.
Jonathan Morgan, partner at Zenko Properties, said: “We are very excited about the future.
“This month, we have been instructed by one of my oldest clients to manage eight apartments at Bridge End and we currently manage more than 500 city centre properties.”
Recent appointments, including Emily Waite as property manager, as well as investments in new IT and maintenance systems, are set to support its expansion plans.
Tobias Duczenko, managing director of Zenko Properties, added: “We have built up a reliable, trustworthy and highly experienced bank of contractors, which means we quickly and efficiently fix any problems at the properties we manage, and this is why so many tenants recommend us to their friends and family.
“We feel we are in a great position with both our team and our infrastructure to help even more landlords and investors maximise their property returns in Leeds city centre.”
