BIP UK strengthens growth with senior hire
BIP UK has appointed Matt Darling as talent acquisition & learning & development director as part of its strategy to become a top 10 UK consultancy firm.
Bringing extensive experience from Accenture and TTEC, Matt will lead BIP UK’s hiring strategy, focusing on attracting top talent while embedding diversity and inclusion at every stage.
The firm is investing £3.5 million in UK expansion and plans to welcome a significant number of new hires this year.
As part of the BIP NextGen TA Programme, Matt will oversee the transition of recruitment in-house, streamline operations and enhance candidate experience with new tools and platforms.
He said: “Diversity & inclusion isn’t just a priority, for us it’s a non-negotiable.
“We are redesigning our hiring experience to ensure we are building a business that truly reflects the diverse world we operate in.
“From how we advertise roles to the way we assess candidates, we are making meaningful changes that will create lasting impact.”
