HJCE appoints new managing director
Yorkshire-based civil and structural engineering consultancy H J Consulting Engineers (HJCE) has appointed Andrew Fairburn as its new managing director.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Andrew has been a key figure in the firm’s success since joining in 2022.
Leading major projects across infrastructure, commercial, residential and telecoms, Andrew has driven innovation and strengthened the company’s reputation for technical excellence and sustainability.
In his new role, Andrew will focus on expanding HJCE’s portfolio, enhancing client relationships and advancing sustainable engineering practices.

“Our team’s dedication to excellence and innovation has positioned us as a trusted partner in the industry.

Established in 2008, HJCE continues to grow, with a team of 23 specialists and plans to expand further to meet increasing demand for its services across the UK.
