Vail Williams announces four strategic promotions
Property consultancy Vail Williams has announced four strategic promotions as it continues to expand.
Charlie Nicholson has been appointed regional managing partner for Surrey, based in Woking.
With 20 years’ experience in commercial property, he specialises in acquisitions, disposals, and leasing across the South East.
David Podesta steps into the role of head of development for the South Coast, bringing over 25 years of expertise in residential and commercial property, with a focus on regeneration and student accommodation.
In the Thames Valley region, Matt Doe has been promoted to partner, continuing his work in lease advisory, helping landlords and occupiers navigate lease reviews, renewals and restructuring.
Meanwhile, George O’Connor has been elevated to surveyor level 2 in Surrey, supporting the firm’s commercial agency team.
These promotions reflect Vail Williams’ commitment to developing talent as it strengthens its position in the UK property sector.
Matthew Samuel-Camps, Vail Williams managing partner, said: “I firmly believe that Vail Williams is nothing without its people and thus it is very much incumbent upon us to develop and retain our top talent to provide the impetus to further grow the business across all sectors.
“These four promoted colleagues add significant value to our business, and we congratulate them for this career advancement.
“They are part of a very talented, dedicated and hardworking team across all disciplines at Vail Williams.”
