DM Hall welcomes four to partnership
Scottish chartered surveying firm DM Hall has welcomed four colleagues to its partnership, reinforcing its presence across Scotland and England.
Mark Rutherford, who has been with the firm for 15 years, leads its Ayrshire and South West of Scotland operations.
Felicity Forbes-Davidson, based in Aberdeen, manages a growing team of residential surveyors in North East of Scotland.
Steven Leith, originally from the firm’s Fife office, now oversees a larger West Lothian operation following the recent merger of DM Hall’s Livingston and Falkirk offices.
In England, Charles Metcalf, a London-trained building surveyor, operates from the firm’s Kendal office, serving clients across Cumbria and the UK.
These appointments reflect DM Hall’s continued investment in talent and its expanding reach across key regions.
Alan Gordon, senior partner of DM Hall, said: “These appointments are a fitting reward for their significant contributions in their own particular roles and the professionalism, enthusiasm and drive they bring to the business.
“All of our new partners have been promoted from within the business, reflecting the opportunities that continue to exist for career progression throughout the country and across all sectors in DM Hall.
“Andrew Milne, Edinburgh Residential, is retiring from the partnership after more than 40 years’ service and Greig Baxter, Inverurie, is taking a step back from his partnership role.
“We are absolutely delighted to say that both will remain with the business and will continue their long association with the firm as consultants in the years ahead.”
