Ryze races to victory with top web award
A North East digital agency has been recognised on the global stage.
Ryze has won the site of the day award from Awwwards for its work on the M-Sport Ford Raptor T1+ website, which brings the team’s Dakar Rally ambitions to life with an immersive online experience.
Appointed in late 2024, Ryze created msport-raptor.com to elevate M-Sport’s global brand, showcasing its engineering prowess.
David Smith, founder of Ryze, said: “While its engineering expertise has long been revered, M-Sport needed a digital platform that could showcase the brilliance of the Raptor, highlighting its technical prowess and connecting with global audiences like never before.
“Given the scale of Dakar, a motorsport event that spans continents and attracts millions of viewers, this was a critical gap.”
Matt Wilson, team principal at M-Sport, added: “When we first started talking about the project, Ryze described the vision and we were on board immediately.
“But the real excitement started as we saw the project develop.
“Launch day surpassed expectations, and we couldn't be more delighted with the outcome.”
The success has also earned the agency a nomination from Awwwards for the best web experience in business and services accolade.
