LIM appoints managing director
Lomond Investment Management (LIM) has appointed Brent Stojanovic as managing director to lead its growing residential investment portfolio.
Brent brings extensive experience in the rented residential asset and property management sector, having previously been a founding director at VervLife and a director at JLL.
In his new role, he will oversee LIM’s 4,000+ multifamily, single-family and PRS units across the UK, working with major clients including Lloyds Living, Hearthstone and AEW.
Based across offices in London, Manchester and Exeter, he will lead a team of 45+ specialists in asset management, client finance, lettings and resident experience as LIM consolidates its position in the alternative residential sector.
Brent said: “I’m impressed by the talent and energy within the LIM team, and it’s been exciting to dive deeper into the business and its clients.
“With strong capabilities, a diverse portfolio, robust technologies and institutional-grade reporting, LIM is well-positioned to deliver its expertise across all alternative residential sectors.
“Our close relationships with Lomond’s network of agencies provide us with unrivalled, localised market intelligence and coverage, enabling the team to deliver de-risked, value-adding and efficient lease-up strategies and expert underwriting.
As institutional, investment management and private equity investors seek reliable partners who can deliver operational excellence and take a consultative approach across all dimensions of their projects, LIM is ideally placed to continue to deliver outstanding client outcomes.”
His appointment comes as LIM continues its expansion, bolstered by its new partnership with global asset manager ICG and Lomond’s nationwide agency network.
Lucy Jones, chief operating officer of LIM, added: “We are excited to welcome Brent to the team.
“His exceptional and diverse experience and proven leadership will be invaluable in driving our continued growth and innovation in the residential asset and property management sector.
“With his strategic vision expertise, we are well-positioned to not only sustain our momentum but also to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the industry.
“Brent’s leadership will build on our client focus, supporting us to meet their evolving needs.
“Looking ahead, our aim this year is to expand our operational platform in single-family and multifamily home sectors by continuing to deliver for our clients, alongside strategic growth in other emerging alternative residential typologies.”
