Sanderson Weatherall expands with takeover
A national property consultancy has expanded with a takeover.
Sanderson Weatherall has bought Clark Weightman.
Bosses say the deal for the East Yorkshire-based Chartered surveyor and commercial property consultancy “further solidifies its position as a leading SME” in the marketplace.
Founded in Hessle in 1999, Clark Weightman covers the Humber region, including Hull, Beverley, Grimsby and Scunthorpe.
Directors Andrew Clark, Simon Weightman and Carl Bradley have joined Sanderson Weatherall as partners, with staff continuing in existing roles.
David Rastrick, Sanderson Weatherall chief operating officer, said: “We are delighted to welcome Clark Weightman to the Sanderson Weatherall family.
“This acquisition aligns perfectly with our vision to further solidify our position as a leading SME in the property industry, with a strong local and regional presence.”
Andrew added: “We are excited to join forces with Sanderson Weatherall.
“This partnership will enable us to offer clients a broader range of services and expertise.
“It will also create exciting new professional development opportunities for employees.”
Sanderson Weatherall has further offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Stockton, Plymouth and York.
