H&H Land & Estates appoints new director
H&H Land & Estates has promoted Robert Jauneika to director, expanding his leadership role in its land agency business across the North East and Yorkshire.
Robert, who joined in 2019 and became associate director in 2023, has played a key role in growing the firm’s client portfolio and geographic reach.
As director, he will continue to advise on land and property matters, including rural sales, valuations and development opportunities.
Robert said: “I am delighted and honoured to step up to director at H&H Land & Estates.
“Over the past six years, I have seen the company grow and change enormously, and I am immensely excited to help lead the company going forwards, across all areas of the business.
“It’s a fascinating time for land agency in general, with constant new challenges we are helping our clients to meet, and I look forward to supporting the success of more and more clients alongside the fantastic team of experts here at H&H Land & Estates.”
H&H Land & Estates operates from offices in Carlisle, Durham, Hexham, Northallerton and Penrith.
Tim Sedgewick, H&H Land & Estates managing director, added: “Robert has consistently outperformed our expectations, and his teamwork and leadership have played a major part in the growth and development of our business during our expansion into Yorkshire.
“His achievements, not only in progressing our business but also in delivering exceptional results for our clients, have made him a wonderful asset to the business and to our clients.
“Robert offers a level of commitment and expertise that our clients need today as never before, and as a RICS Assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence, he will continue to support our prospective APC candidates across the business, giving them the mentorship and guidance essential for their professional development.”
