Lichfields bolsters Thames Valley planning team
Lichfields has promoted Sarah Moorhouse to planning director in its Thames Valley team, recognising her key role in the firm’s regional growth.
Sarah helped establish the Reading office and has led major tourism and leisure developments, working across sectors including housing, retail and education.
Her projects include the transformation of Penn School into a boutique hotel and spa, new development plans for Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, as well as schemes at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
Sarah said: “I am delighted to be promoted to planning director.
“The Thames Valley office has grown significantly over the past few years and I look forward to continuing to work with our talented team to drive forward exciting projects that contribute to the region’s development and prosperity.
“I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had at Lichfields and I’m excited to take on this new challenge as we continue to grow and innovate in the planning sector.”
Sarah’s promotion comes as Lichfields’ Thames Valley office marks its tenth anniversary and continues to expand.
Daniel Lampard, who leads the Thames Valley team, added: “Sarah has been instrumental in the success and growth of the Thames Valley office and we are excited to see her take on this new leadership role.
“Her experience, particularly in the tourism and leisure sectors, will be invaluable as we continue to expand our footprint in the region.”
