Vivly builds momentum in Huddersfield
A developer has secured planning permission for two housing projects.
Vivly Living has been backed to create a 12-home estate at Grange Moor, near Huddersfield.
Officials say the project will include seven bungalows, three family homes and two affordable homes, with construction expected to begin in May.
It has also gained planning permission for 52 homes at Knowle Grange, in Shepley.
Oliver Bottomley, associate director, land and development for Vivly Living, said: “We are very pleased planning has been granted for these 12 homes.
“The site is very exciting, as it will create a real community.
“We are also thrilled to have been granted planning permission for Shepley phase two.
“These homes will be energy-efficient and offer additional garden space, providing comfortable and sustainable living for our customers.
“These are exciting times for us.”
