Outrank ranks high in best workplaces list
A Middlesbrough-based digital marketing agency has been recognised as one of the UK’s top small businesses to work for, securing third place on the 2025 Great Place to Work® list.
Outrank, which employs 43 staff, has climbed into the top ten for the first time, credited for its people-first culture and rapid expansion.
Recent initiatives, including an EMI share scheme and six new hires this year, have strengthened its in-house services.
With 37 per cent revenue growth in the past year and a new 6000sq ft office opening in June, tripling its current space, Outrank continues to expand while reinforcing its commitment to employee wellbeing and development.
Stephen Robinson, founder of Outrank, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be named one of the top 10 places to work in the UK.”
“This recognition is a testament to the incredible team we’ve built and the strong culture we’ve nurtured.
“Since we launched back in 2018, we’ve always focused on creating a supportive environment where our people can grow and succeed.”
Francesca Kosina, operations director at Outrank, added: “We’re incredibly proud of our people and the work we’ve done to build a culture where everyone feels supported, valued, and invested in the company’s success.”
“This recognition is not just about our achievements as a business, but about the growth and wellbeing of our people.
“From offering additional perks like healthcare insurance and salary sacrifice schemes to increasing holiday allowances, we are committed to ensuring our team members feel empowered, happy, and motivated every day.”
