Manufacturing expert joins Aycliffe Engineering
Aycliffe Engineering, based in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, has engaged manufacturing expert Paul Hind to drive operational improvements as part of its commitment to continuous growth.
With over 30 years of experience, including roles at 3M and as founder of Amplified Leaders, Paul will focus on strengthening leadership and efficiency within the company.
He said: “Leadership teams face immense pressures as businesses grow, even more so when they diversify into new offerings and markets.
“To sustain long-term success, we must establish a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiencies, and employee empowerment.
“I am thrilled to share my experiences and support Aycliffe Engineering.”
Established in 1978, Aycliffe Engineering has evolved from tyre mould solutions to a broad range of precision engineering services.
Paul will support the team in optimizing operations to enhance service delivery across its markets.
Kathryn Altringham, managing director at Aycliffe Engineering, added: “Paul’s experience and values align perfectly with our dedication to achieving operational excellence.
“We have had the opportunity to immerse Paul in our day-to-day operations with the team, attending numerous workshops to drive operational excellence, enhance capabilities and maximise customer experience.”
