Optime Group delight at HOT 100 list placing

An aviation recruitment firm has secured a spot on the Recruiter HOT 100 for the second consecutive year. 

Optime Group, headquartered in Crawley, climbed from number 72 to 55 on the list.

The company is known for technological advancements such as the Elevate platform.

Elevate improves workforce management across major airports such as Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester, offering clients streamlined staffing solutions. 

Optime, which in January announced a new national five-a-side football tournament to unite the UK aviation sector, has recently expanded internationally with the opening of a Dubai office.
