Carter Towler marks year of deals in York
A York-based commercial property firm is celebrating a successful first year, securing major transactions across the retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.
Carter Towler’s York office has advised on £7.2 million in freehold sales and helped generate £1.3 million in annual rental income since launching in October 2023, with bosses saying they have “surpassed all targets” in their debut year.

Notable deals in the first three months of 2025 include securing a 15-year lease for Wizu Workspace at East Coast House, Skeldergate, and facilitating a 10-year lease for DJ Assembly at 2 Birch Park following a significant refurbishment.
The firm also brokered the £395,000 sale of Victoria Vaults public house and the £600,000 sale of Tribune House, leased to York NHS Teaching Hospitals.
