Counter expand senior team with trio of hires
Leeds-based tech consultancy Counter has strengthened its senior team with three strategic appointments.
Harriet Howell-Black joins as engagement lead, bringing experience from AND Digital, Sopra Steria and KPMG, with a focus on tech consulting and digital transformation.
She said: “This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Counter.
“As well as building on our existing client relationships - and introducing metrics to better track performance through engagements - I will be cultivating processes and ways of working that are scalable.
“This, I believe, will be key to underpinning our incredible brand offering whilst we develop and evolve over the coming years.”
Andrew Saich takes on the role of client growth lead, leveraging a decade of experience in flexible resourcing across onshore, nearshore and offshore models.
Andrew added: “I am very excited to be joining Counter at such an exciting time in its trajectory.
“It’s a business built on transparency, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to delivering value and that really appealed.
“Also, Counter’s proposition is genuinely unique in the tech space.
And Matt Ward joins as growth adviser, bringing 30 years of experience in innovation and digital transformation, with a focus on expanding Counter’s presence in Yorkshire and the North East.
Amul Batra, managing director of Counter, added: “2025 is set to be big year for the business and the arrivals of Harriet, Andrew and Matt come at just the right time.
“They each bring with them a raft of experience and talent and I am confident they help take us to the next level as we continue our mission of being the very best tech problem solvers.”
