Indigo Contracting strengthens leadership team
Indigo Contracting has appointed Matthew Bennett, Katie Hunston and Rhys Jenkins as directors to drive its growth strategy.
Matthew will focus on expanding the firm’s regional presence in the South West and M4 corridor, while Katie will grow the team from its Teddington headquarters.
Matthew said: “We plan to open satellite offices in the West of England to strengthen and grow our existing network, with eventual expansion along the coast.
“We also intend to implement a similar strategy in West Wales.
“As part of our expansion plans, we aim to create over 15 new business development roles in the coming years to enhance our regional footprint and bring high quality employment opportunities for local people.”
Katie added: “We give business leaders more time to focus on their core operations by reducing the risks associated with engaging self-employed operatives.
“We manage all necessary industry compliance checks, alleviating the administrative burden for our clients.
“Indigo Contracting has been a leading commercial contractor across the UK for many years now, and I’m excited for continued growth.
“While the London market presents different challenges to the regional market, it ultimately remains to be about people and quality, trusted relationships, which we’re great at.”
Rhys, as group operations director, will oversee operations in Cardiff and London, ensuring business efficiency.
The appointments come as Indigo Contracting targets significant expansion.
Ian Cole-Wilkins, group chief executive added: “Matthew, Katie and Rhys have all played a pivotal role in the success we have achieved to date, and the appointments re-affirm how much we trust them.
“As we move into this next phase of growth through 2025 and beyond, we’re well-positioned to build on our solid reputation and drive forward our ambitious expansion plans across the UK.”
