Pacifica strengthens senior team
Pacifica has named Gareth Ryan as chief marketing officer to support the company’s growth plans and strengthen its position in the domestic appliance sector.
Gareth brings more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and digital leadership, including senior roles at MBNA, HomeServe and Checkatrade.
He will lead Pacifica’s growth strategy across repairs, warranties and partnerships.
Gareth said: “Pacifica is in a strong position to build on its market-leading repair service and expand its offering across the appliance lifecycle.
“Householders are becoming increasingly conscious of both the environmental impact and rising cost of replacing appliances.
“Knowing they can repair their products at a fixed cost or protect them with a warranty gives customers reassurance, control, and peace of mind.
“This is a business with a clear vision, excellent partnerships, and the UK’s largest appliance repair network, so I’m thrilled to be part of its next stage of growth.”
Kevin Brown, chief executive of Pacifica, added: “Gareth is a fantastic addition to our senior team.
“He brings a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer growth and strategic partnership development, all of which align perfectly with our ambitions.
“His track record speaks for itself, and we’re excited about what he’ll bring to Pacifica as we develop our end-to-end approach around appliance repairs and warranties.”
