Technology consultancy AND Digital has appointed Elaine van der Berg as chief for growth for Scotland to support regional digital transformation.
Elaine brings over 25 years’ experience at global firms including AWS, Capita and Dell, while most recently leading Pufferfish through a rapid scale-up.
Her appointment marks a key step in AND Digital’s ambition to deepen its impact across Scottish sectors.
Elaine said: “Scotland is brimming with ambition and potential.
“I’m excited to join AND Digital to help organisations unlock it, bringing clarity to their digital agenda and driving meaningful, sustainable growth and deeper engagement, powered by the right technology, skills, and culture.”
Will Sargeant, UK General Manager at AND Digital, added: “We see a real underserved opportunity in Scotland and are investing in the region.
“Elaine brings strong local insight alongside technology and data lead thinking that will help our clients to grow their revenue, save money and accelerate their digital journeys.
“I am really excited to have her join our Scottish leadership team to make that happen.”
