“We have two exciting and complimentary businesses within our existing portfolio and I look forward to sharing my extensive experience of working across the construction industry and related sectors to help unlock significant value opportunities for the businesses.”
Martin’s appointment follows the recent arrivals of Ross McAdam as chief financial officer and Matt Gibson as chief operating officer, completing Embrace’s executive team.
The group, which includes Hambleton Steel and Shufflebottom, is focused on operational improvement and further strategic acquisitions across the UK.
