He said: “Pick Everard has an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects across the UK, and I’m pleased to be a part of the team leading our structural engineering presence in the South West.
“This region offers significant opportunities, not just in Bristol but across the wider area into South Wales and Somerset.
“Our local presence, combined with our national expertise will enable us to provide tailored support to clients while delivering projects efficiently.
“Mentoring engineers to achieve their potential, fostering strong client relationships and driving projects forward are what I thrive in, and I’m looking forward to developing my role in the business.”
Pick Everard’s national structural engineering team of over 70 professionals will provide strong support to the Bristol office, enabling flexible and scalable project delivery.
Andy Gotts, director at Pick Everard, added: “Ricardo's technical expertise, leadership experience, and established relationships within the industry make him a strong addition to the team.
