Zerum appoints new director of cost management

Leeds and Manchester-based property and construction consultancy Zerum Group has appointed Pritam Mistry as director of cost management to strengthen its presence in Yorkshire.

Pritam, who joins from Colliers with 13 years of experience, will lead Zerum’s cost management services across the region. 

His appointment comes as the consultancy aims to expand its client base and build on its established reputation in planning, highways and project management.

Pritam said: “I'm thrilled to be joining Zerum at such an exciting time. 

“The business has an outstanding reputation for building strong client relationships and delivering great projects that bring value to the community.

Zerum’s cost management team has already secured several high-profile projects, including residential schemes in Leeds for Countrylarge and an 800-unit development for Solaris Real Estate.
