Embryo Group begins new chapter with takeover
A Manchester-based digital marketing agency has expanded with a takeover.
Embryo has acquired Making You Content (MYC), in a move bosses say solidifies its growth and paves the way for the creation of the Embryo Group.
They add the new group, operating from Embryo’s Manchester headquarters, will offer clients a broader network of business strategy and marketing solutions, with plans to expand its team and service range.
Ross Green, Embryo Group chief executive, said: “We’re excited to announce this move that cements our commitment to continuous growth and innovation.
“Having followed MYC’s journey and knowing how their values and commitment to clients align with our own, I knew they would be the perfect addition to the group.
“I’m looking forward to working with Kelly and continuing to build a leading and versatile digital marketing group.”
Kelly Gilmour-Grassam, MYC director, added: “This is a significant step forward for our agency.
“After over a decade in the business, I’m really excited to join the Embryo Group as we look to build our collective offering and the value MYC delivers to its clients.”
