Creative pitch to showcase Hull’s best
A creative business programme is set to highlight investment opportunities and showcase some of the Hull’s most innovative firms.
Creative Growth Hull & East Yorkshire will host its Creative Pitch @ The MKM Stadium on May 28, where over 30 businesses will pitch their capabilities to potential investors.
The event, running from 8.30am to 2.00pm, will feature a wide range of sectors, from advertising to design, TV, fashion and music.
It will also showcase businesses that recently attended the Big Creative UK Summit in London.
With support from Hull City Council, East Riding of Yorkshire Council and the University of Hull, the programme has already helped over 45 businesses across the region.
Andrew Richardson, the programme manager at the Hull & East Yorkshire Business Growth and Skills Hub, said: “We have invited all of the participants who have completed the programme so far to set out their stalls at the MKM Stadium, demonstrate the creativity and commercial potential behind their work, and help us build on the significant contribution which the sector already makes to the Hull and East Yorkshire economy.
“The event presents an opportunity for other businesses to learn from the experiences of the participants in the Creative Growth programme and for investors to explore opportunities to take some fantastic products and ideas to the next level.”
