Regeneration firm opens Manchester base
A property consultancy is expanding its reach with a new base to support growing demand.
AspinallVerdi has opened an office at 82 King Street, Manchester, adding to its network in Leeds, London, Liverpool, Newcastle and Birmingham.
The move comes as the independent consultancy continues to scale, now with a 31-strong team delivering advice to public and private sector clients.
AspinallVerdi’s Manchester team is led by Tom Smith, formerly of Stockport MDC and consultant Leighanna O’Farrell, previously with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
Director Andy Delaney, who leads AspinallVerdi’s North West business from the Liverpool office, said: “AspinallVerdi has been growing its presence in the North West region and with our growing portfolio of work, it is only right that the next phase of our growth is a permanent base in in the heart of Manchester.”
