During his tenure, Ben led strategic M&A initiatives, drove innovation and significantly scaled internal operations.
He said: "I am excited to join Agilio Software and lead the business through its next stage of growth and innovation.
“It’s my privilege to take over a world-class team and continue building on Agilio’s impressive foundation.
“Together, we’ll focus on driving organic growth, pursuing strategic acquisitions and continuing to expand and integrate our product suite to better serve the needs of our customers.”
Dr Sati Sian, chairman of Agilio Software, which has further offices in Devon, Newcastle and Brighton, added: “The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Ben Betts as chief executive of Agilio Software.
“His impressive track record of scaling businesses, coupled with his deep expertise in learning technologies and developing high-performance teams, makes him the ideal leader to guide Agilio through its next phase of growth.
“As we continue to expand our market presence and enhance our product offerings, with five acquisitions completed in the past 12 months, Ben’s strategic leadership will be instrumental in delivering on our ambitious goals.
