Gleeson Homes strengthens North East land pipeline
Gleeson Homes has appointed Nicole Heslop as land manager for its Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear region to support its growth strategy.
With extensive experience in S106 and grant-funded affordable housing and managing joint ventures, Nicole will focus on building relationships with stakeholders and identifying land opportunities in the North East.
Nicole began her career at Home Group, progressing from graduate development manager to development and delivery manager.
At Home Group, she played a key role in securing S106 and grant-funded acquisitions and helped deliver the company’s largest open market sale development in the North East.
Nicole said: “I am excited to join Gleeson’s Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear team to use my experience to help identify new land opportunities across the region.
“Gleeson’s clear vision and commitment to transforming communities through affordable, quality homes really resonates with me and it’s great to be part of a business making a real difference.”
Chris Dodds, land director at Gleeson Homes, added: “It is a pleasure to welcome Nicole as Land Manager for Gleeson’s Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear region.
“Her experience will bring a fresh perspective that will help us identify new opportunities as we continue to strengthen our regional land pipeline as the market recovers.”
