Lettings duo expand with Darlington office
A property business is expanding its North East presence with the opening of a new lettings office in Darlington.
CW Lettings, founded by Jamie McDonald and James Harding, has opened its second office on Duke Street, offering lettings, property management and investment services to local landlords.
The new office follows the success of their first location in Stoke-on-Trent, with the pair having spent the last four years working with property investors in the North East through their HMC Property Group.
The expansion has already created two new local jobs, with plans for further growth in the coming months.
James said: “We’ve been investing in Darlington and the surrounding area for four years now, so opening an office here feels like a natural step.
“As a landlord myself, I’ve been on the other side of the lettings process and know exactly what clients want – responsive communication, well-managed maintenance and a personal touch.
“That’s what we aim to deliver every day.”
Jamie added: “Although we’ve got big ambitions, we’re focused on offering the best possible service right now.”
