Business park grows with £3.3 million expansion
An industrial estate owner has completed a £3.3 million expansion.
Northminster Properties has added Cropton Court to Northminster Business Park.
The scheme has transformed three ex-farm buildings into industrial and warehouse units at the site, based on the outskirts of York.
The development adds to Northminster Business Park’s existing 50-plus company portfolio, with firms operating across warehouses, distribution and industrial units, offices and laboratory space.
The new units were delivered by Elvington Park Building Services, with York’s LHL Group project managing construction.
George Burgess, Northminster Properties managing director, said: “Cropton Court is another exciting development, and we’re looking forward to welcoming more businesses into our thriving community.”
Paul Mack, director at property consultancy practice GV&Co, which is marketing the new buildings alongside PPH Commercial, added: “Northminster Business Park is one of York’s most sought-after addresses for businesses looking for high-quality commercial space in a very convenient location.”
