Data firm Seriös unveils Launchpad to success

A data solutions company is helping organisations accelerate their digital transformation with a “game-changing” AI-powered platform.

Seriös Group, headquartered at Hoults Yard, in Newcastle, has launched Seriös ONE Launchpad, a data integration tool designed to unify and transform business systems into actionable insights.

Following a year of refinement with select clients, including national car dealership Vertu Motors, Tombola and Sunderland AFC, the company is now offering the solution to the wider market.

Bosses say the platform is deployed within each client’s own environment, allowing businesses to maintain control of their data while improving decision-making and return on investment.

Lee Rorison, founder and chief executive, said: “We recently celebrated five years of Seriös Group, and we recognised that Seriös ONE will be central to our growth over the next five.

“We’ve distilled years of experience in building high-performing data platforms into an off-the-shelf solution that delivers exceptional value.

“Many organisations struggle to bring all their data together and make sense of it.

“Launchpad gets them there in days, providing key functionality that can take months of development and specialist skills.

“Understandably, many organisations are looking to maximise the amazing potential of artificial intelligence.

“However, having unified and reliable data is essential before implementing artificial intelligence – and Launchpad helps to ensure data quality.”

Paul Cresham, head of data and analytics at Vertu Motors, added: “Seriös One Launchpad kickstarted our cloud data journey, allowing us to focus on business value over infrastructure.”

As Sunderland AFC’s official data partner, Seriös is applying its technology to enhance player analytics, commercial strategies and fan engagement at the Championship club.

David Bruce, chief business officer at Sunderland AFC, added: “The integration of Seriös ONE into our operations has been a game-changer.

“From enhancing football performance analytics to driving deeper insights across our commercial and fan engagement strategies, the platform is helping us make smarter and more impactful decisions in real-time.”
