Durata bolsters senior leadership team

Durata, the Teesside-based critical power and modular data centre solutions provider, has strengthened its senior leadership team to support its growth plans.

Reece Ingham joins as finance director and Kate White as marketing director, following Ashaan Ayoub’s appointment as commercial director earlier this year.

These hires bring the leadership team to six, alongside managing director John McGee, director of quality Alison McGee, and project director Omar Yousef.

The appointments align with Durata’s expansion in the critical power and data centre sectors, driven by the growth of artificial intelligence.

Kate brings leadership experience across automotive, agriculture, and finance, while Reece’s background in scaling businesses will support the company’s future growth.

Kate said: “I'm thrilled to be joining Durata at such a pivotal moment.

“The company's vision and commitment to growth present the perfect opportunity to elevate its market presence.

“I look forward to supporting its continued success by developing strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth, unlock new opportunities and showcase Durata as a leader in the global data centre and critical infrastructure space.”

Reece added: “Durata's growth trajectory is impressive, and I’m excited to leverage my experience and build a financial framework to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support its continued rapid expansion.

“I'm looking forward to working with the team to build on the solid foundations already in place and implement new financial strategies that will support sustainable, global growth and ensure Durata is primed for future success.”

Durata also continues to invest in local talent with several recent appointments, including Claire Allport as compliance assistant, Kieran Fawcett as building information management specialist, Karen Robinson as internal sales representative, and Louise Pearson as finance assistant.

John, managing director, added: “This is an incredibly exciting time for Durata.

“The expansion of our leadership team and the addition of talented individuals across the business reflects our commitment to providing world-class solutions and exceptional service to our customers.

“This strengthened team is already enabling us to capitalise on the significant growth opportunities in the data centre industry and solidifying our position at the heart of the critical power and data centre ecosystem – leading the charge in innovation and expertise."
