Knight Frank appoints two new partners

Knight Frank has strengthened its award-winning Leeds office with the appointments of Richard Brooke and Brad Harris as partners, specialising in capital markets and residential land and development, respectively.

Both Richard and Brad join from the Leeds office of commercial property consultants and auctioneers Allsops. 

Born and educated in Yorkshire, they are proud to continue their careers in their native county, bringing valuable local knowledge to the firm’s growing team.

Richard said: “This is a major move and an important opportunity for me. 

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to join Knight Frank and am ready to develop my career further with a world-renowned property consultancy.

“It gives me the opportunity to develop Knight Frank’s residential land and development team in Yorkshire, bridging the gap between the residential and commercial development sectors.”
