Splendid Hospitality strengthens leadership team
Splendid Hospitality Group has appointed three new senior leaders as it continues to invest in its teams across hotels, restaurants and care homes.
Emma Yearwood joins as group people director to lead the people strategy across the business.
Austen Bushrod becomes director of procurement, bringing deep industry knowledge from roles at Accor and Radisson Hotels.
Rachel Bulford, chief commercial officer at Splendid Hospitality Group, said: “It’s a pleasure to welcome Emma and Austen to the Splendid Family.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Newton has been named central finance director, adding two decades of finance and performance experience.
Together, they will support SHG’s commitment to operational excellence and growth across its UK portfolio.
