Agency marks anniversary with growth surge
A Cheshire-based brand communications agency is celebrating its 20th anniversary with significant revenue growth and an expanding client portfolio.
438 Marketing has seen a 24 per cent year-on-year revenue increase.
The agency, known for creating impactful brand experiences and marketing strategies, has secured several new clients, including PDG Aviation Services, ITI, Kenora and The Joshua Tree charity, following recent expansions in its film, strategy and creative teams.
Paul Keen, co-founder of 438 Marketing, which also counts the likes of International Motors Ltd, PepsiCo, Isuzu UK, Paramount Pictures and the Football Association among its list of clients, said: “In what feels like the blink of an eye, 438 now has 20 years on the clock.
“From the original team of four, the agency has organically grown to over 30 professionals.
“We continue to work out of our head office in Knutsford, Cheshire, providing in-house integrated marketing and advertising services, including strategy, planning, client service, creative, design and film production, for an enviable list of clients.
“From a simple business idea to a thriving agency, 438 has built something remarkable – and the journey isn’t over yet.
“Here’s to the next 20 years.”
Helenka Hodnett, managing director, added: “The original concept behind 438 was to provide strategic and creative services of the kind typically supplied by bigger agencies but delivered as an independent small business with outstanding client service.
“We’ve certainly – and consistently – delivered on that.
“And with a vision for continued success, the agency’s 20th year is not just a moment for reflection – it’s a launchpad for even greater achievements.
“With the recent client wins, continued growth from our existing clients, and the expansion of our in-house capabilities, 2025 is shaping up to be another landmark year.”
