Hotel group celebrates ‘Best of the Best’ awards
A hotel group is celebrating national recognition across its portfolio, with several properties earning top spots in Tripadvisor’s annual Travellers’ Choice Awards.
The Kronen Collection has seen Borrowdale Gates Hotel, in the Lake District, named among the UK’s top 25 hotels, placing it in Tripadvisor’s top one per cent globally.
The Crown Hotel, in Wetheral, has also been honoured in the 25th Anniversary ‘Best of the Best’ list, highlighting guest favourites from the past 25 years.
And finally, Newcastle’s Jesmond Dene House retained its place in the top ten per cent of hotels worldwide.
The accolades reinforce the group’s reputation for boutique luxury and exceptional service, with £2.2 million set to be invested across the collection over the next year to maintain and enhance guest experiences.
Christina Stephenson, group sales and marketing mnager at The Kronen Collection, said: “We are incredibly proud of Borrowdale Gates, The Crown Hotel and Jesmond Dene House, and we’re delighted to see our guests’ wonderful reviews recognised at the highest level.
“These awards reflect the dedication of our teams and our shared commitment to excellence across every property in The Kronen Collection.”
