Halifax jeweller sparkles with showroom boost
A West Yorkshire jeweller is polishing up its future following a significant investment.
Lister Horsfall, founded in 1902, has enlarged its Halifax showroom after securing a £2.4 million funding deal with NatWest and asset finance partner Lombard.
The family business has used the funds to buy and redevelop two neighbouring units to create a new workshop, service centre and a dedicated Rolex showroom.
Solar panels and EPC upgrades formed part of the refurbishment.
The move has also created six jobs, with the expansion following earlier upgrades at the company’s Ilkley showroom.
Nick Horsfall, director of Lister Horsfall, said: “The expansion of our Halifax showroom cements our continued commitment to the community.”
Mark Forsyth, senior relationship manager at NatWest, added: “It’s an exciting time for Nick and Lister Horsfall as their new showroom opens in Halifax.
“Lister Horsfall is committed to the local community and this latest investment demonstrates our shared ambition in supporting business growth and investment across our communities.”
