Allison Homes names new build director
Allison Homes has promoted John Phillips to build director for its South West region, supporting the company’s five-year plan to double in size.
John, who joined as construction manager over two years ago, will now lead build operations across the region, focusing on quality, supply chain strength and operational efficiency.
With 18 years’ industry experience, including roles at Barratt Homes and Hawkfield Homes, John’s appointment reinforces Allison Homes’ ambition to grow its presence while delivering high-quality homes across the South West.
John said: “I’m proud to step into this role at such an exciting time for Allison Homes South West.
“I’ve had the privilege of working with a fantastic team over the past few years and I’m looking forward to building on that foundation.
“As we continue expanding our presence in the South West, my focus will be on delivering well-built, energy-efficient homes that our customers are proud of, while continuing to strengthen the relationships that underpin our success.”
Jon Cook, group managing director of Allison Homes, added: “John’s promotion is a testament to his leadership, expertise and commitment.
“His impact on our South West operations has already been significant, and we’re confident that under his guidance, our construction teams will continue to thrive.
“John’s insight and drive will be instrumental in helping us deliver high-quality, much-needed homes across the region.”
