Senior promotions bolster IGF leadership
Independent Growth Finance (IGF), headquartered in Redhill and with offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester, has strengthened its leadership team with three senior appointments.
Michael Fletcher becomes managing director, Andrew Hey has been promoted to head of credit, while Joysheel Mitter joins as commercial director.
The changes follow a strong year for IGF, which provides tailored funding solutions for mid-sized UK businesses.
Michael, who joined IGF in 2017, now oversees credit, portfolio and risk.
His promotion reflects both his contribution to date and his role in driving future growth.
He said: “I am thrilled with the promotion and excited to keep contributing to the business. It's a privilege to be part of such a dynamic team, and I look forward to partnering with and supporting our clients, as we strengthen our position as the UK's leading independent ABL funder.”
Meanwhile, Andrew steps up to head of credit, expanding his remit to support evolving client needs.
And Joysheel, who brings extensive experience from GE Capital, Wells Fargo and Citibank, will lead IGF’s national sales and marketing function.
Steven Chait, chief executive of IGF, added: “Mike and Andrew’s promotions, alongside the addition of Joysheel, are important steps in strengthening IGF’s leadership team and keeping us focused on what matters most – building long-term relationships with our clients and delivering the speed and flexibility of service they expect.
“We’re proud of the year we’ve had and excited about what’s to come.
“These promotions reflect the continued investment we’re making in people, ensuring we have the right expertise and leadership in place as we continue our growth story.”
