Treble Peak appoints trio to board
London-based private markets platform Treble Peak has bolstered its board with three senior appointments to support its European growth following a recent £5 million fundraise.
Jocelyn Dehnert joins as chairman, bringing experience from her roles at Santander Asset Management UK and Hanover Investors.
She said: “I am excited to have been appointed chairman of Treble Peak at such a crucial juncture.
“The opportunity to lead a board that is steering such innovative transformations in private market investments is really exciting.
“I look forward to contributing my expertise to ensure that we continue to scale and meet the evolving needs of our investors and partners by democratising investment opportunities in private equity.”
Jocelyn is joined by entrepreneur Tor Fyksen as non-executive director, as well as investment strategist Divyesh Hindocha as executive director.
Divyesh added: “I am pleased to join the board to help Treble Peak demystify private markets investing and make its benefits accessible to all investors.
“This will help improve returns for investors and provide much needed risk capital to our economies.”
The appointments come as Treble Peak enhances its tech platform to broaden investor access and scale operations across Europe.
Mark Woolhouse, chief executive and co-founder of Treble Peak, added: “We are delighted to welcome Jocelyn, Tor and Divyesh to the board to guide us as we continue to expand across private markets.
“With their invaluable skillset: Jocelyn’s strategic leadership; Tor’s fintech and banking expertise; and Divyesh’s deep-rooted investment knowledge, we are poised to scale our platform, extend our reach and deliver even greater value to our clients by providing exceptional investment opportunities.
“This will strengthen our culture of robust corporate governance.”
