Xenia strengthens team with senior hires
North West-based Xenia Estates and Xenia Lettings have expanded their leadership team with two key appointments.
Paul Fletcher joins as head of compliance and risk at Xenia Estates, while Leighton McMylor takes on the role of head of property management at Xenia Lettings.
Paul brings 20 years of compliance experience from roles at Onward Homes, Muller and Your Housing Group.
He will lead on building safety, regulatory engagement and performance monitoring, supporting a new procurement drive to strengthen Xenia’s compliance across changing regulations.
Leighton has nearly two decades in the property sector, with previous positions at Reeds Rains, X1 and O’Connor Bowden.
He will oversee lettings and maintenance operations, focused on delivering strong service and results.
