Fearless move to back small business growth
A Manchester-based business training provider has launched a new accelerator programme to support freelancers and self-employed founders across the North West.
Another Avenue, founded by the team behind Fearless Adventures, has unveiled The Fearless Accelerator – a 12-week programme designed to help small business owners and solo entrepreneurs strengthen their operations and scale sustainably.
Covering core topics such as finance, marketing and leadership, the course combines expert-led sessions with 1:1 mentoring to offer practical support that fits around busy schedules.
Fifteen fully funded places are available for eligible founders in Cheshire and Warrington, supported by the Department for Education’s Skills for Life Bootcamp initiative.
Dominic McGregor, co-founder of Fearless Adventures and Another Avenue, said: “I’ve spoken to hundreds of entrepreneurs, and they all say the same thing: 'How do I scale my business?'
“At Another Avenue, we believe thriving small businesses and entrepreneurial spirit are the backbone of a strong local economy.
“That’s why we’ve launched The Fearless Accelerator – to equip early-stage founders with the skills, strategies and networks they need to grow and succeed.”
The Fearless Accelerator builds on the success of Another Avenue’s award-winning digital marketing bootcamp, which has supported more than 800 learners to date.
Rachel McDonald, managing director at Fearless Adventures, added: “We’re all excited to launch this next chapter in our educational offering.
“We’ve taken everything we’ve learnt from successfully training over 800 students in the last two years and applied our passion for entrepreneurship to help ambitious founders accelerate their goals.
“The Fearless Accelerator is about real-world growth, real-world impact, and supporting the brilliant people building the businesses of tomorrow.”
