Caddick strengthens leadership team

Multi-sector property specialist Caddick has promoted Hollie Shackleton to associate director.

Bringing nearly 20 years of industry experience from her work at Oakgate Group and Caddick’s developments arm, Hollie has been instrumental in securing commercial and residential opportunities across Yorkshire.

In her new role, she will join the Caddick board and use her extensive expertise in asset and property management to ensure the company’s developments maintain high standards of sustainability, accessibility and cultural value for local communities.

Hollie leads key projects including Rose Wharf, the Grade II-listed workspace next to Leeds Docks; SOYO, the £300 million mixed-use scheme in Leeds’ cultural quarter; and South Village, a £1 billion city-centre development delivering up to 2000 homes. 

She will also continue managing developments for Oakgate Group.

Hollie said: “I’m grateful to Caddick for providing me with opportunities to grow in my career – from my early days at Oakgate Group to now taking on a more senior role in the wider business. 

“It’s been incredibly rewarding to mentor young professionals and watch them develop, especially as the business continues to champion diversity. 

“I’m excited to work with the leadership team on delivering inclusive and accessible placemaking across Yorkshire.”
