Channel 3 Consulting expands senior team
Digital healthcare consultancy Channel 3 Consulting has appointed Joe McGarry as executive partner, business development, to support its growth in digital transformation across health, care and public services.
Joe brings over 24 years’ consultancy experience, including senior roles at Moorhouse and interim civil servant positions.
He said: “Public services need more than strategies, they need action that makes a difference.
“I’m excited to be joining Channel 3, a consultancy that’s known for working alongside clients to deliver real change.
“I’m looking forward to helping more organisations turn their digital ambitions into reality and supporting the people on the front line who deliver vital care and services every day.”
Joe’s appointment is part of Channel 3’s wider expansion, which also includes Anna Littlewood joining as client director.
Anna has more than a decade of experience in health and social care leadership, with previous roles at PwC, NHS trusts and local government.
Leo Jones, chief executive at Channel 3, added: “We’re entering a crucial phase where the demand for digital transformation across health, care and public services is only growing.
“Joe’s appointment, along with Anna and our expanding team, strengthens our ability to deliver real, lasting change at scale.
“We’re here to help organisations navigate complexity, embrace innovation, and improve lives.”
