Evolve Holdings expands with Spanish deal
A technology firm has expanded with a takeover.
Evolve Holdings has bought Spanish-headquartered software developer Secret Source Technology SL.
Bosses say the move will expand Evolve Holdings’ European footprint and “drive enhanced value” for clients.
Formed in 2018, Evolve Holdings – the parent company of Evolve IT Consulting and Evolve Dev – is based in Ratby, near Leicester, and provides digital, IT consultancy and software development support.
Operating from Las Palmas, Secret Source Technology SL is known for nearshore development services to help businesses scale technical capacity.
Colette Wyatt, Evolve Holdings’ chief executive, said: “Secret Source has built an impressive culture and capability in Spain, and together we’re now positioned to deliver even greater value to clients.”
Richard Clarke, Secret Source Technology SL founder, added: “We’re incredibly excited to be joining forces with Evolve Holdings.
“It was clear we shared the same values, especially our belief in placing people and wellbeing at the centre of great software development.
“We’re really looking forward to growing our Spanish operation together.”
