Fluence Collective appoints new chairman to drive growth

Fluence Collective, a new partnership of digital marketing specialists for e-commerce brands, has appointed Michael Bush as chairman and investor.

The collective, made up of Sendfluence, Searchfluence and Adfluence, operates on a performance-based model that links fees directly to client success. 

Sendfluence, launched in April 2024, focuses on email marketing with a ‘Your Revenue Generating Partners’ approach.

Michael brings over 15 years’ experience, having founded his own SEO agency and served as managing director at Climb Online – a digital marketing firm co-founded by BBC Apprentice winner Mark Wright and Lord Sugar. 

He led Climb Online through a successful exit before leaving in late 2023.

Alongside Fluence, Michael runs business growth consultancy Bula Partners and holds non-executive roles at digital firms. 

His appointment is set to boost Fluence Collective’s growth and support e-commerce brands in scaling revenue.

Michael said: “My passion and expertise lies in working with innovative brands and agencies to drive digital transformation and create sustainable growth, and I’m excited to see what Fluence Collective can achieve.

“Sendfluence has already seen remarkable success in its first year, so I’m thrilled to be working with Louie and the team to take the new collective to the next level.”
