
Hallam boosts B2B expertise with four hires
International digital agency Hallam has strengthened its B2B offering with four key appointments across brand, paid media, SEO and client services during a period of rapid growth.
Joining the team are Mark Newton as head of brand strategy and design; Maddie Crawford as paid media lead; Paulina Wisniewska as organic search consultant; and Olivia Gilks as account manager.
Mark Newton, the most senior appointment, brings over 15 years’ experience, including six years as head of brand and marketing at Waterford Distillery.

Paulina Wisniewska will deliver technical SEO and holistic marketing strategies to support B2B clients.
Maddie Crawford, a paid media specialist and conference speaker, will lead the paid media team, leveraging AI and CRO to drive results.
Finally, Olivia Gilks adds eight years of client service expertise as account manager.
Their appointments come as Hallam has secured 15 new clients this year, mostly from the B2B sector, reflecting its commitment to expanding its creative and strategic capabilities.
