Keepmoat bolsters team with trio of hires
Housebuilder Keepmoat has made three senior appointments at its North West office, in Speke.
Simon Ward joins as director of construction, bringing 10 years of experience in senior construction roles.
He will lead the construction team and help deliver the business plan across the North West region, including Merseyside, Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Staffordshire and North Wales.
Simon will also oversee health and safety, compliance, and site efficiency.
He previously worked with Bellway Homes and Equans P&C.
Simon said: “I am thrilled to join the Keepmoat team and I’m excited to begin leading the fantastic department across construction, safety and new build delivery, continuing the five-star customer satisfaction rate.
“Keepmoat is an amazing company with the ideal balance of identity and structure but also support for autonomous improvements and decision making, which is paramount for regional growth.”
Meanwhile, Steve Green and Dave Nunes have been appointed as contract managers to manage site teams, contractors, and developments, ensuring high quality and compliance.
Keepmoat focuses on delivering quality new homes across the UK, with nearly 70 percent of current projects on brownfield sites.
